SPRING 2018 UPDATE

BBQ, hard work & good times. That's what most of the Winter consisted of for the Evergreen Skateparks crew down in the heart of Texas. Now with Spring finally creeping in up here in Big Sky Country, it seemed like a splendid time to give a run-down of the last few months. Last winter we wrapped up several unique projects across the country:

This Winter, our whole crew mobilized down to Taylor, Texas to work on the long-anticipated downtown skatepark for the great people of Project Loop. The results did not disappoint! With warmer temperatures and a sizable group, we were able to create a unique, finely tuned lunar landscape pump track complete with the Sarlacc Pit (Jabba the Hutt not included), some street features and endless options for flow & fun. *Disclaimer: the park is not yet open. Check Project Loop for updates.*

SKATEPARK CONSTRUCTION IN TAYLOR, TEXAS

After completing the Taylor project, we headed north to get started on the new Douglas, Wyoming skatepark. Wind & weather doesn't stop us from making skate shapes.

While construction continued in Wyoming, another crew headed up to Livingston, Montana to break ground on the new skatepark at Sacagawea Park. A few years in the making, this upgrade from the existing wooden modular park is an exciting adventure for all involved.

This Summer you'll find us in the Rocky Mountains working on the new Frisco, Colorado skatepark. Coming in at over 20,000 square feet, it's a project we're all looking forward to. At the same time, a second Evergreen crew will be working on new projects around Montana as well as some secrets up our sleeve. Stay tuned!
